The breakfast spread was expansive and delicious.
The bed mattress had a strong, unpleasant odor, made it difficult to sleep. There was also a lack of child-free zones, surprising and disappointing for couples looking for a more intimate atmosphere. The checkout process was chaotic and inefficient, with staff making errors that were quite frustrating.

We had a minor issue navigating some of the organized activities, as not every detail was clear. A little more information on scheduling would have been appreciated.
